Poor breathing habits in children can have lifelong effects. Mouth-breathing has been associated with dental malocclusion, ADHD, asthma, cognitive performance, physical performance, and a lot more . . .
The good news is that children are quick to learn and quick to change their habits. I have had very good results working with children, and have developed a fun and accessible series of sessions.
A parent/guardian is required to be present – they effectively then receive a short Buteyko course themselves!
Children definitely work best in small groups, but again 1-1 is an option in some cases. Reduced fee rates apply to children’s sessions.
